Registration Transtica 2016
By completing this form, you will confirm your registration for the Costa Rica Trail - La Transtica 2026.
We will take care of competitors from November 26th, 2026, from 2 p.m. at our hotel in San José until December 5th, 2026, morning.
10 days / 9 nights.
The entry fee for 2026 is:
€ 2,600 for registrations before April 15, 2026.
€ 2,800 for registrations between April 16, 2026, and September 15, 2026.
€ 3,000 for registrations after September 15, 2026.
A deposit of € 700 is required to confirm registration.
The full registration fee must be paid before October 1, 2026.
Cancellation terms in the race rules, page 8, Article 13.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES :
1. Accommodation in hotels and bivouacs as listed in the program.
2. Breakfasts, snacks, and dinners in bivouacs, lunches during transfers.
3. The opening ceremony.
4. The podium ceremony.
5. Liquid and solid refreshments.
6. All private bus transfers as indicated in the program.
7. All luggage transfers between each stage.
8. Assistance from our doctor.
9. Massages from our physiotherapists at the end of each stage.
10. Race T-shirts.
11. Entrance fees to the parks and reserves mentioned in the program.
REGISTRATION DOES NOT .INCLUDE :
1. flight to Costa Rica.
2. Dinner on December 4, 2026 (evening off).
3. Cancellation/luggage/repatriation insurance.
4. Extras in the hotels.
Your registration will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the medical questionnaire, medical certificate, and liability waiver.
