"EEMA Youth Exchange" : annual membership fee
The members are listed statutorily in paragraph §6.
Active members:
Natural persons over 18 years of age, citizens or residents in one of the countries of Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, or Africa, and holding or having held a representative position at the regional, national or international level within the framework of programs of youth exchanges.
They actively participate in the life of the association. They have the right to vote by deliberation and may run for management positions if they are founding members or active members for more than one year of exercise. They pay a membership fee.
User members:
Natural persons over 18 years of age who are citizens or residents of one of the countries in Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, or Africa, or legal persons whose headquarters is located in one of the countries in Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, of Africa represented by their legal representative.
They join the association in order to participate in an activity proposed by the association, without engaging in supporting its purpose. They pay a fee and have an advisory vote.
Benefactor members:
Natural persons over 18 years of age, legal persons represented by their legal representative or by a responsible person designated by their management. They provide financial support to the association. They have an advisory voice.
"EEMA Youth Exchange" is an NGO, association governed by articles 21 to 79-XII of the Local Civil Code maintained in force in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle (1908 law), and its statutes of June 20, 2025, registered at the Judicial Court of Metz, under the number A2025MET000192, SIRET 991 972 985 00014
