"EEMA Youth Exchange" : donation or sponsorship form

Donors or sponsors are listed statutorily in paragraph §6.7 as 'Benefactor Members': 
Natural persons over 18 years of age, legal persons represented by their legal representative or by a responsible person designated by their management. They provide financial support to the association. They have an advisory voice.
The association is legally able to receive donations or financial support, a receipt can be issued upon request.

"EEMA Youth Exchange" is an NGO, association governed by articles 21 to 79-XII of the Local Civil Code maintained in force in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle (1908 law), and its statutes of June 20, 2025, registered at the Judicial Court of Metz, under the number A2025MET000192, SIRET 991 972 985 00014
